
Oklahoma City- The Connors State College Cowboys went on the road to Mid-America Christian University on Tuesday Night and came away with a 103-54 win inside the Gaulke Activity Center.
The Cowboys were up 23 at the half 50-27. In the second half the cowboys largest lead was 55 before the final margin of 49. The Cowboys dominated the game from start to finish and lead for the full 40 minutes. Connors dominated the Boards all night long, getting offensive rebounds, and second chance points. The Cownboys dished out 23 assist on the night and really shared the ball on the offensive end.
The Cowboys had 5 players finish in double figures, lead by Sophomore Forward Bradyn Hubbard who finished with 23 points. Buddy Hammer Jr finished with 17 points. Khamani Cooper had 16 points. Antonio Green had 11 points, and Saiyd Burnside had 10 points off the Bench. Konnor Wight had 8 Points. Ty Frierson and Donyae May both had 7 Points. Percy Green and Dannon Lundy had 2 Points off the Bench for the Cowboys.
The Cowboys shot 59 percent from the floor, and an impressive 82 percent from the Free Throw Line.
The Cowboys are back in action on Saturday Afternoon inside Melvin Self Field-House to take on Dallas College- Cedar Valley at 4:00pm on Former Players Day. The win moves the Cowboys to 6-0 on the season heading into Saturday Afternoons clash with the Suns.
