
Enid, Oklahoma- The Connors State College Cowboys went on the road to Northern Oklahoma College- Enid on Thursday evening for the Jrts Homecoming Homecoming and came away with a 72-55 Road Victory inside the Mabee Center.
The game was back and fourth until the cowboys took controle of the game with about 10 minutes left in the game. From that point on the cowboys controlled the game annd came away with a hard fought road victory.
The Cowboys and Jets were tied at the half at 23 all. The Cowboys lead by as many as 10 Points in the Second Half. The closest that Paris Junior College would get the rest of the game was 4 with 2:00 minutes left in the game.
The Cowboys had 2 players finish in double figures, lead by Sophomore Forward Bradyn Hubbard who finished with 22 points. Buddy Hammer Jr followed him with 17 points. Donyae May had 9 points. Ty Frierson had 8 points. Khamani Cooper had 4 Points. Antonio Green and Percy Green each had 1 Point on the night.
The Cowboys Shot 35 percent from field, and only 10 percent from the 3 point line.
The Cowboys out rebounded the Jets by 13 on the night with the final numbers being a 48-35 rebound advantage.
The Cowboys are back in action on Saturday Night at 7:00pm on the road to Tishomingo, Oklahoma to Take on Murray State College in another OCAC Contest.
