Hubbard Named 1st Team NJCAA All American

Warner, OK –Connors State Sophomore Forward Bradyn Hubbard, 6-6 forward from Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been named First-Team National Junior College Athletic Association All-American, it was announced in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The sophomore, is the 22nd player under Cowboys' head coach Bill Muse to be named to the NJCAA All-American team.

Hubbard, who also was recently named the Player of the Year in the Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference, became the 12th player to score over 1,000 points (1,390, 4th all-time) during his two year career at Connors.

Hubbard led the Cowboys to their first Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference championship since 2018 and a top seed in the Region II Tournament and to the Final Four of the NJCAA National Tournament, averaging 24.9 points, connecting on 361-of-655 attempts from the field for 55.1 percent this season.

Hubbard was 25-of-62 from behind the arc connecting on 40.3 percent. At the free throw line he shot 83.3 percent connecting on 174-of-209 attempts.

Hubbard become the Cowboys 9th First Team All-American and first since Devin Simms in 2016. This is Head Coach Bill Muses' Seventh First Team All American in his career as the Head Coach of the Cowboys.
